Little Loves - Frost, Conkers & Taking the plunge

Ah it's been a while since I've joined in with Little Loves! I guess life just got in the way. But I do adore this linky so I could never keep away for too long.

It's been an exhausting week with some incidents happening at Lily's school that have really got to me. Something I may write about in the future but just don't feel up to doing whilst it's all so fresh. Aside from that though it's been a good week. We're still loving the new routine of the school run as it gets us out of the house and into the fresh air and has the added bonus of tiring archer out for his late morning nap. It's been good for us all.

The only thing I've really read this week is Lily's rather excessive birthday party guest list! We were planning on just having a small family only party for her next month but she keeps coming home from her new school with lists of children who have written their names down to come to her party. Eek. I despair. 

Frost. I've done a lot of frost watching lately..it may be my favourite thing to look at! And there's plenty of it during the early hours of the school run now we've made it to September. 

I've also been watching the new drama Liar on ITV. I can't make up my mind if it's good or not. What do you guys think of it? 

Conkers falling from the tree, It's all we hear on the way to Lily's school and I'm suprised I've not had one bash me on the head yet to be honest. 

This week I made the decision to pursue my photography as more than just an on the side hobby. It's taken a lot of uh-ming and ah-ing but I'm so pleased I decided to do it. Have you checked out my recent post 'A walk with the Whitakers' yet? I'm hoping to set up a photography page in the near future and it's all very exciting!

Archer's been wearing this slightly strange but equally cool combo this week. I'm all for woolly jumpers and beanie hats at the moment, they are my go to Autumn outfit, but they can be a little plain and boring so I teamed them with these snazzy  monochrome leggings from Another Fox. 

It's been a funny old week. Very emotional. Here's hoping next weeks is slightly less stressful!
