InstaNatural Rose Water Toner Review

Wednesday 15 April 2015

I genuinely think I may have found the holy grail of face toners. I've always been a fan of face toners but had been yet to find one that didn't break my face out. I have super sensitive skin and my skin seems to react to just about everything I put on it which is more than slightly annoying.

When the lovely company InstaNatural sent me their rose water facial toner to review I'll admit I was sceptical because of my experiences with toners in the past. However I couldn't have been more wrong about this one.

I've been using this toner for over 2 weeks now and haven't had one single breakout. In fact, if anything I think my skin is looking better and feeling softer! The Rose water claims to cleanse, tone, moisturise and replenish which might seem like a lot for one bottle to do but I really can vouch for it. I use the Rose water in the morning before putting on my make up and it leaves my skin feeling smoother which helps to prime my skin for my make up and this in turn especially helps with the application of my foundation. I also use it before bed and I've found that it takes away any traces of make up left on my skin even after using make up wipes, make up I didn't even know was still there, which is an added bonus!

The consistency of the rose water toner is exactly like water which I love. instead of being a heavy or sticky consistency like many face products the rose water is light and hydrating and doesn't feel like it's just sat on my skin like so many other products do. My favourite thing about this toner however is the smell. The smell of rose water has to be one of my all time favourite smells, it's so sweet and relaxing and reminds me of my childhood. In fact, why has no-one bought out a rose water perfume yet!? I would totally buy it!

As well as on my face I also use the rose water in my bath as it makes my bath smell beeeeautiful and creates an aromatherapy effect. InstaNatural also state that their Rose water can be used in hair to help make it soft and shiny although this isn't something I've got round to trying yet. The one thing I will say about using it in the bath or on the hair is to be careful with the amount you use as you might find that it runs out quite quickly, whereas if you're only using it as a toner it will last a lot longer.

SO if you have extremely sensitive skin like me and have been looking for a chemical free toner for a while - look no further! InstaNatural offer a money back guarantee so if you're not happy with the product you don't have to worry about losing out - although I'm sure that wont be an issue, I'm that confident in the product ;)

I received this product for free for an honest and unbiased review. All opinions are completely my own. You can find the InstaNatural website here and InstaNatural Rose Water toner on Amazon here
