Week in Pictures #38

Saturday, 17 August 2019

The weeks really just morph into one when it's the holidays don't they?

We've not been doing much lately thanks to my hyperemesis and the weather being a bit all over the place but we have headed out for a few short trips on the rare rain free days we've had.

We've had some nice walks together recently, just me & Arch. On this particular trip we took a stroll round the lake, taking food for the ducks, and it was all fun and games until geese fully started chasing us ha ha. I still cant believe he's going to be a big brother in a few months, although he's REALLY grown up this year, he's still a little baby in my eyes! I need to do an updated post for him soon as there's so many changes going on in his little life lately. It's three weeks until he starts pre school and I have crazy mixed emotions about it.

Last weekend my parents took the kids to pride.. They go every year and love it. They came back with painted rainbow faces, knitted mermaids and more sweets than I know what to do with!

It's difficult to believe that there's only 2 and a half weeks left of the summer holidays. It's certainly going quicker than I thought it would and I'm really conscious of the fact it's our last summer as a family of four.
