This month has been a looong month! Lily and Archer have been annoying each other in equal measure recently which has been quite hilarious 😂😂 It's really quite amusing to watch. Lily likes to get in Archers face and sing to him really loudly which he finds funny for about a minute before he gets fed up with it and starts bashing her in the face. Then the singing stops and I hear "No Archer that's mean. Go on the thinking step right now." Lol. She also likes to run around him in circles so that he whips around to watch her and topples over. This happens several times a day which as you can imagine is great fun
It hasn't helped that both kids have been constantly poorly and run down too. I feel like all I do on my blog of late is talk about how ill my kids are but it's just been bloody constant. Archer had bronchitis that got so bad that we ended up in hospital a fortnight ago. It meant his sleep became really bad at the time because of his wheezing which seemed to be worse when he was lying down. He's mostly recovered now though but his sleep is not. Meaning we're all kind of grouchy at the moment. And as for Lily, as I'm typing this I'm looking over my shoulder at her wrapped up in a quilt on the ipad. She's off nursery today as her temperature keeps shooting up. She's only been back at nursery a month and this is already the third time she's been off poorly. Not good.
On the plus side I am adoring the age Archers currently at. He's so cheeky and fun and I love that he's starting to hold his own with Lily. It's so interesting to watch the dynamics between them, dynamics that are ever changing as he starts to do more and more. Oh the fun they're going to have!
My parents had their photo albums out the other day and I came across this photo in one of them. It made me smile. Me and my little brothers had such fun growing up, and Lily and her little brother have all that to come. ♥
