This morning was more of a relaxed one for us. Lily got up at 6am on the dot (as she has taken to doing of late!) and we spent much of the morning drinking lots of coffee (me, not lily!) and watching Fireman Sam on repeat via Netflix.
Around mid morning we all piled off to the swimming pool with Lily and Ava. The swimming pool on site is brilliant, there's a large adult pool and a small heated baby pool along with a sauna and steam room. Lily absolutely loved the baby pool, she's a total water baby but unfortunately we weren't allowed to take photos, which is a shame because she looked soo cute in her little yellow stripey costume. Me and James took it in turn to use the steam room too and I felt thoroughly cleansed by the time it came to leave. I'll miss that having a steam room on my doorstep when we leave!
In the afternoon we drove into Filey and spent some time at a giant outdoor play park. After the girls had suitably worn themselves out we walked into Filey town centre which only took about 10 minutes and had some lovely views on the way.
The girls held hands the whole way which absolutely melted my heart and we ended the day at San Marios which did the worlds nicest pizza!
I can't believe that tomorrow is our last full day, I'm hoping the weather will be good enough to go back to the beach as Lily keeps asking so fingers crossed!
