May Bucket List

Saturday 2 May 2015

I'm the kind of person that is constantly making lists of things I need to do..I neeeed lists in my life to function, otherwise I completely forget half the things I want to do as I'm such a scatterbrain! I was thinking last night about little things I wanted to do in the upcoming weeks and decided it would be a good idea to start a monthly bucket list to keep track of the goals I've set myself and remind myself to achieve them.

Most of my goals for this month are pretty small so I'll do a brief round up of what I have planned. There's things like keeping on top of the housework as I haven't really been on the ball throughout April and have been letting the housework pile up. Which leaves me feeling like crap in a messy home!

I also want to stop taking Lilys pram out so much as I always take it when we go on walks and she only really uses it about 10% of the time. She's a good little walker and not needing to bring the pram along makes everything a lot easier. Along with that I'm also planning on getting rid of her dummy once and for all, although I haven't put it on the list as I keep changing my mind about it!

As always, I want to keep hydrated to minimize migraines, something which I always need to remind myself to do. The main bedroom needs doing as it's a bit of a dumping ground right now and I want to create a lovely blogging space for myself now I have my new desk. Once I've got a set place to blog I hope to get on top of my blogging schedule and do four posts a week, if not more. I have so many blog post ideas I just need the space and time to sit down and write them!

We also need to start being stricter with saving money so I want to be on the look out for things in charity shops before I go buying online or in big brand stores. Now that I've got a new haircut I really intend to start taking better care of my hair. Heat protection spray and damage restoration shampoo all the way!

A spontaneous road trip would be nice too..hopefully the weather will perk up again and we can hop in the car for an adventure. Last but not least I'd like to continue on with my acupuncture to see if it helps those pesky migraines. Fingers crossed.

So there we have it. In theory I should be able to manage all this. Check back at the end of the month to see!
